Summer Virtual Support Group for Sexual Abuse/Assault Survivors

This virtual group for female, female identifying, and gender nonconforming survivors of sexual abuse or assault meets weekly over a 10 week period. Group topics include discussions on common reactions to trauma, trust and relationships, sex and intimacy, body image, self-esteem, mindfulness strategies and coping skills. This is an affordable alternative or adjunct to individual therapy. An individual intake appointment is required for this group. All individual intake appointments will be conducted virtually.
